    For several years I was a damage appraiser and body shop manager. GEICO was always playing games. Finally they learned to just copy my estimate & final bill as they always ended up paying for it anyways. The bill was honest, they just tried to hack the cars with shitty repairs. Typical insurance company. It's amazing how many consumers or body shops take the adjuster's word.

    It's never a good idea to take advice on how to collect money from the guy that owes it to you.
