This of course is nothing new. But it does help illustrate how that its all about the teachers and administrators. All about the adults. Not the children. This is why in a world of incredible access to knowledge and information we are raising one generation more stupid than the previous one. Generation after generation after generation. We "educate" them to the lowest possible denominator... to be a democrat. By default.
Every time we think they cannot sink any lower... surprise!
It is good to be in a union working for the government.
Can his victims sue him personally, or do they have to sue the school district?
If there was a way to make it more expensive for the school district to keep him in his rubber room than it is to fire his ass outright, the school district would do so. My middle school finally fired/prosecuted the perv science teacher who made girls rub his neck in class, but it was after years of his crap.
