Here are the Five Rules for Men to Follow for a Happy Life that Russell J. Larsen had inscribed on his headstone in Logan, Utah.
He died not knowing that he would someday win the "Coolest Headstone" contest.
FIVE RULES FOR MEN TO FOLLOW FOR A HAPPY LIFE:

    1. It's important to have a woman who helps at home, cooks from time to time, cleans up, and has a job.

    2. It's important to have a woman who can make you laugh.

    3. It's important to have a woman who you can trust, and doesn't lie to you.

    4. It's important to have a woman who is good in bed, and likes to be with you.
    5. It's very, very important that these four women do not know each other or you could end up dead like me.

Sacred to the memory of my husband John Barnes

    who died January 3, 1803

His comely young widow, aged 23, has many qualifications of a good wife, and yearns to be comforted.

    More here.
We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other.
In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm, and three or more is a congress.

    Good ones.

Weird, I had an aunt named Ann Mann. She moved away from St Louis---not sure if she's still alive. Seeing that gave me a bit of a start.
