Which was the best and which was the worst? For me:
The Best:
The worst-Godaddy.co with the hot model making out with the fat nerdy guy. Ugh.
Another good one: Bud Clydesdale commercial with the breeder raising the colt. My wife loved that one.

My favorite was the Budweiser Clydesdale.
The GoDaddy's were the worst.

was it me or did the commercials really suck this year?
"Downton Abbey" doesn't have commercials.![]()
Without a doubt, this one:

It brought tears to my eyes, and also made me think of our own Rock, who probably does many of the things mentioned.
To you Rock!

Paul Harvey was a great American icon. I miss listening to him.
Absolutely the best commercial of the night. No, I don't think they were all that great this year, but that was a truly great commercial. You can tell because the DUmmies hate it with a passion.
I still miss Paul Harvey every day. For as long as I could remember, starting at least in grade school, I listened to Paul Harvey at 7:30 every weekday morning without fail. Mike Huckabee is OK, but he's no Paul Harvey.
I liked the Budweiser Clydsdale one, and the Doritos kid/dad in fairy costume one, but I also laughed pretty hard at the Mercedes commercial with Willem Dafoe as the devil.
I fell asleep in front of the tv for a good part of the game and missed plenty of the ads.
I didn't think they were that greyt. When the lights went out, Downton Abbey went on. None of them seemed that imaginative. Maybe it's part of the greyt malaise that's fallen over the country due to the reelection of O.
The only one that I thought stood out was the Dodge Ram commercial. I didn't see the Bud one about the Clydesdale colts. I didn't like the Anheuser Busc ads that were on---those damned Belgians that took over have messed up a lot with the brewery in St Louis. When we were at the Kentucky Horse Farm in Lexington, Ky last October, one of the guys in the barn had worked at the AB Clydesdale facility in St Louis. He said they were planning to close it
