They're just saying that cabin is too hot to go into it. No body has been found and no body has been identified. The LAPD said they will continue to provide protection til they can find the body and identify. San Bernadino Police will be taking the lead,

Yeah, first they reported that they drug his body out of the cabin. Then less than an hour later, they retracted and said that they didn't because the cabin was too hot. They said they did hear a single gun shot before the flames went up. In all seriousness, I think he is dead ... If he was in that cabin. There is no way he made it out alive. Not with there being police surrounding it like there was.
I am thinking he committed suicide before they shot the flash smoke bomb ...
I love my God, my country, my flag, and my troops ....

They can't until they contact and inform the next of kin, usually a parent or spouse. Even if they haven't confirmed scientifically that it is his body, they still have to speak to someone that the cops can consider "next of kin" before confirming that it is Dorner.

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
