17. You may be misunderstanding. Being able-bodied
gives you privilege. It's not a privilege that you earn...it just exists.
Able-bodied people are not inconvenienced in their daily activities by things like stairs, heavy doors, and other issues. They don't notice that they can go where they want, when they want, and how they want. That is the privilege of being able-bodied.
The point of this chart is to show you ways that privilege accrues to you automatically.
Being aware of how one is privileged is important. Others are not always similarly privileged. Being aware of that, and acting accordingly, you can minimize the impact your innate privilege has on others.

I'm a +75, so I am privileged.
That's not news. My college roommates told me that all the time, because my dad paid for me to go to college and all of them were on financial aid of some sort. But who bought them food when their checks were late?

+150, although I'd argue that being Jewish shouldn't make you more privileged than being Christian in the US or Europe, and definitely not in in any Muslim state, nor that being Muslim makes you less privileged, given the ridiculous back-bending that people now go through to avoid offending them. Also, being a male doesn't make you privileged nowadays. If anything, the affirmative action sweepstakes make being a male a vicious handicap in hiring.
A few things that should radically increase the privileged scale:
- Going to an Occupy event, but sleeping in a brand new tent and sleeping bag, plus having an iPad =+100.
- Post-graduate study= +100. Double points for post-graduate study in liberal arts. Triple points if you default on your student loans.
- Public sector employment =+30, except for military, police and fire. Double points for unionized public sector employment. Triple points for elected unionized employment at the federal level.
- Private sector employment: Mainstream Media =+1000. Entertainment media=+2000.
