Anybody watch this on NatGeo? Based on Bill O'Reilly's book. Very well done. Some marginally known actors and Tom Hanks' narration. I read the book as well and enjoyed both book and docudrama.

I watched it. It was really good. Quite accurate from what I hear also...
I look for them to have one based on his Killing Kennedy book also ..

A lot of people are nervous about that plan.
I'm sure that O'Reilly's focus will be on non-biblical sources, to provide more information about the political and cultural context than the Bible provides. The average Christian does not read the writings of Josephus or of other Roman commentators, and if O'Reilly can access some of this and summarize it for the non-academic average reader, it could be an good read for a lot of people.

He is actually writing a book about the killing of Jesus? Now that should be interesting. It is no secret that O'reilly is a devout christian.
