Their various statements emphasize that such laws create a class of government employees with rights and and a class of citizens without rights. Thus, they refuse to aid the enforcement of such inequality.

Please support these smaller companies. Also, please contact the larger companies like I have with Ruger. Here is a copy of my request I sent in.

I am asking Ruger, a company whose products I love, will you stand with those companies or not. I am looking forward to your response.
Please contact Colt, Springfield Armory, Remington and many others.

Back in the 90s, when the Clinton administration was prosecuting Microsoft on behalf of competitors who had shown up at Lincoln Bedroom fundraisers, I thought that Gates missed a trick by announcing that if the federal government considered Microsoft a monopoly, that they would unilaterally give up the lucrative government market and immediately cease providing software and support to any federal agency, and open up those markets to their competitors. The cost of replacing every PC in the federal inventory with Macs and/or replacing their Windows and DOS computers with Linux would have been astronomical, and the crossover would have meant paralysis for those agencies. Our domestic manufacturers ought to boycott, not just those states that enforce superiority of fire over citizens, but federal agencies that are not Constitutionally mandated to use lethal force against citizens.

A growing number of firearm and firearm-related companies have stated they will no longer sell items to states, counties, cities and municipalities that restrict their citizens' rights to own them.

According to The Police Loophole, 50 companies have joined in publicly stating that governments who seek to restrict 2nd Amendment rights will themselves be restricted from purchasing the items they seek to limit or ban.

Extreme Firepower Inc., located in Inwood, WV has had a longstanding policy that states:

"The Federal Government and several states have enacted gun control laws that restrict the public from owning and possessing certain types of firearms...If a product that we manufacture is not legal for a private citizen to own in a jurisdiction, we will not sell that product to a law-enforcement agency in that jurisdiction."

York Arms, located in Buxton, ME released a statement following new legislation in New York:

"Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York. We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York."
Quality Arms, located in Rigby, ID writes on their website, "elected officials have their own agenda to circumnavigate the truth and destroy the constitution of the United States."

The site states: "Quality Arms Idaho will not supply and firearm or product, manufactured by us, or any other company nor will we warranty, repair, alter, or modify and firearm owned by any State, County or Municipality who infringes on the right of its citizens to bear arms under the 2nd Amendment."
    Bravo Company USA states:

"The people at Bravo Company USA and BCM support responsible private individuals having access to the same tools of civilian Law Enforcement to affect the same ends...As such Bravo Company's policy is that law enforcement officials and departments will be restricted to the same type of products available to responsible private individuals of that same city or state."

Fighting back like firearms manufacturers are doing is the greatest expression of freedom that I have seen.

Another good way is to relocate to say, Texas, if your home state is not business friendly. Years ago, 3M announced a policy of non-expansion in Minnesota because of Minnesota tax policy. They expanded in Austin, TX.

Update: I just found out that Mississippi has joined Texas in a bid for those firearms manufacturers who feel unwelcome....

Gunn (Mississippi Attorney General) sent letters Thursday to 14 gun manufacturers in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and North Carolina.

I'm sure you are aware that Ayn Rand had forecast such maneuverings in 1953 (?) by the group she called Looters. The Looters could not compete so they besieged the government to intercede on their behalf.

Rand used railroads and steel mills.

The funny thing is if things keep going like this the only way that the government agencies would be able to get guns would be illegally from Mexican drug cartels.
Liberals are proof that evolution is only a theory. Nothing that stupid could evolve past a monkey.

I do know it. In the 90s, Microsoft's competition ponied up millions of dollars for the DNC through those Lincoln bedroom fundraisers that the Clintons ran. The parallel was not lost on me.

Well, that would only be fair, seeing as hoe Obama got them so many in the first place.
