Hugo Chavez has died, and in a way, that's a shame.
He was one of the few leaders in Central and South America who stood up to US hegemony in the region.

So Chavez did not deserve hatred but Dubya (his affectionate diminutive out in this neck of the woods) deserved assassination, imprisonment, death by torture and all the other crap the progressives still wish upon him to this very day?
