We just got a new Publix supermarket in town, so I took a stroll and picked up some stuff for dinner .
Its my concoction and it was good!

1lb shrimp ( there was alot left over)
1/2 bulb of fennel sliced
1/2 white onion sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
shaved parmesan cheese
quartered campari tomatos (or halved cherry tomatos)
Publix marinated pork kabobs

2 Tbsp evoo in a pan on med-high heat, saute onion and fennel, cook till caramelized
just before they are done add the garlic
Once you can smell the garlic add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and saute until pink and done.

In a non-stick pan cook the pork kabobs on med heat , about 12-15 minutes or 165 degrees.

Plate with the leaves of the fennel bulb, tomatos and shaved parmesan cheese.
