    Splashing water on a guys face a couple times and said guy eventually gets to go back to his cell free of any physical harm and have a nice dinner...evil.

    Raining hellfire down from above, in a country we are not at war with, without the approval of Congress, on a person that probably has valuable intel on the enemies of the United States...no problem.
