The White House may be closed because the country can't afford to keep the tours going but apparently there's enough money to have a party for the First Lady that will feature Adele and Beyonce

Things that make you go whoaa.

Having picked up an Oscar, Adele might have thought her incredible US adventure couldn’t get much better.

But now I can reveal the Skyfall singer has landed the biggest gig of next year – singing for Michelle Obama during her 50th birthday party at the White House.

The 24-year-old star will join Beyonce at the bash on January 17 – proof she has been given the ultimate seal of approval in the US.

They need an image of people being turned away from tours during the party run on all alternative media.

Yes, but we're still footing the bill for the party. White House state dinners run about $1 million per, and this is going to be more lavish than one of those. Or, to put it another way, don't you have a problem with Obama cancelling White House tours, a measure that will save $18,000 per week, or $936,000.00, less than the cost of his golf trip with Tiger Woods. He's spent almost twice that on airfares to give stump speeches against the sequester. Within days of his reelection, he and Michelle were on separate, expensive vacations, costing tens of millions of dollars each. And, the White House is now charging donors $500,000 for face time with him. At some point, doesn't his hypocrisy offend you?

Did you keep track of every dime Bush spent on vacations or entertainment, also?

Bush wasn't shutting down White House tours and limiting access to national parks claiming there wasn't enough money to have these things while spending cash on parties and vacations.

See below. Had Bush claimed that we couldn't fund tuition assistance for military personnel, White House tours or a host of other federal programs, I would have, but since the question that I asked was whether the hypocrisy of the Obamas ever bothers you, and you responded with BDS, I'm going to take that as a "no".

Seriously. Where did Bush vacation? Either on his ranch in Texas or at his parents place in Maine. Laura and the twins would take trips but more often than not, they went as ambassador's to the U.S. and not to be the world's richest welfare family. Bush even cut down his golf outings because more important things needed to be done.
