New York's Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo is rescinding his ban on 10-round magazines after realizing that most gun manufacturers don't make magazines smaller than 10 rounds.

Speaking on March 20, Cuomo said the state needs to allow the sale of handgun and rifle magazines that hold 10 rounds, "but New Yorkers will still be required to keep no more than seven bullets in them."

Next they will go back to 32 oz cups but only be allowed to fill them with 16oz in the city.
The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

How are they going to enforce that? "You there! This is the police! Before you continue your robbery, pull your magazine and count the bullets!"

They need to apply this logic to other Constitutional rights in order to show how absurd it is. For example, the NY Times has a right to print whatever it wants, but in the interest of fairness, it should not be allowed to reprint and fawningly endorse more than 7 out of 10 Obama administration talking points. Criminals on the street should be searched without probable cause 3 times out of every 10 stops. A woman should only be allowed 3 abortions over her lifetime. The rights are still there, and nobody is infringing on them, we are just proposing "reasonable" limits.

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
