Mouth watering cod fillets fried to perfection, new potatoes, fresh broccoli and apple pie with ice cream and chocolate syrup for desert.
How is obama working out for you?

Sounds better than ours, a handful of peanuts and a piece of cheese. We ate lunch out, but my choice wasn't dazzling---flounder (small, flat, thin piece) and about 10 string beans. SR didn't want dinner as he made a better lunch choice, so I was lazy and didn't cook anything.

Rock, your dinner is making me hungry.

that cod was mouth watering, we seldom get seafood that good for a decent price this far inland. It was supposed to be flown in fresh and never frozen, I find that hard to believe but i haven't had cod that good since i was in Georgia.

We're on the coast, and my fish definitely wasn't that fresh tasting. Barnacle Bill's apparently isn't too great on flounder. We should have gone to Oklahoma to Rock's for some good fish.

I fasted for blood work. After the blood work and getting the proper lab order from the doctor's office, I had a brick oven pizza from a local joint. It was called the "bacon lovers" with garlic white sauce. It was full of bacon, Canadian bacon, onions and Italian sausage. It was pretty good. The leftovers made a good dinner.

I had to fast on Thursday also, but the blood work did not work out due to the wrong codes on the paperwork. The doctors are retiring or quitting very quickly in my area. I had to see a PAC as my doctor is taking a month of vacation, he returns for 18 five hour days, then he retires, a year early. Breaking his contract with the company that bought him out. He was a darn good doctor! Disabled Vietnam Vet but he did not let that stop him from working five jobs! He also helped the VA, was our Hospice doctor making house calls, worked at the Death Valley, CA clinic and helped in Vegas at the base. He is 65 and his ex wife just turned 41...they got back together.

He just bought a house in Florida.

He's a liberal that found out Obamacare was not all it was cracked up to be.
