Oh my! You are all nuts in my estimation ...
The only way to eat Prime Rib is rare with lots of fresh extra hot horseradish and au jus gravy!!!
In fact, just hand me a knife and fork as the cow walks by!
Served with delicately sauteed mushrooms, tiny roasted potatoes, and steamed veggies of some sort. Hold the bread, please, will save the carbs for dessert!
And of course, all washed down in a very lady-like manner, (Ha! ha!) with a generous sized glass of Merlot!
