Why can't this man die of old age already and it speaks volumes of the voters that would put this piece of trash into the Congress.

Don't you pay attention? I keep telling you all that the N-ization of this country is in full swing. Ghetto is the new black.

This isn't racial. Rangel is a corrupt Democrat who lives in a district that will keep returning him to congress because of the "D" after his name. There are equally corrupt white politicians who have avoided more than censure for egregious conduct, and the common thread isn't skin color, but party affiliation. Please stop turning everything into a racial issue.

Supporting the Democrat Party today is a bit like saying you disagree with exterminating Jews but you support Hitler's policies.

You are telling me this man wasn't elected because he was a race baiting black man? HAHAHAAHA I am sure if he was white and a conservative he'd have been elected

My only thought when I read this is why? What is he getting out of it?

Real difference between the two is under censor he has to stand before congress and be read his charges and crimes, where a reprimand is simply a letter he receives.

There has to be some thing else he is seeking. My understanding he's barred from his chairmanship he held in the ways and means. So I have to ask, if he gets it reduced or over turned, does that open the door for him to try and get it back or some other chairmanship of his desire?

Wait he was a house member right? how can he hold a chairmanship being that the republicans are in power? My guess is that he is just trying to polish up his legacy.

While what you say isn't wrong, my bet is that if there was a primary between a white guy and Rangel, his constituents would vote skin color first. Until proven wrong(which I am not) when it comes to blacks it color first all else is a distant second.
