    Looks like my picture didn't come through (although it posted initially) It was a little old lady staring at the computer screen in astonishment about having to register her pressure cooker.

    My grandmother did a lot of canning, and I was her helper as a child, but nothing that required pressure cookers - just boiling water baths - fruits, jams, pickles, the usual grandma stuff.

    Whatever you can get at Williams Sonoma, you can get for a lot less at Meijer/Target/WalMart.


    It's funny-I always knew what a pressure cooker was, but I never used one to cook anything. When I was in college, a pressure cooker meant something else.
