    ISP's don't filter sites (well, they may. But DU isn't going to be one of them). You have to do that yourself. More than likely it is a DNS issue, or he downloaded some malware from all the kiddy porn sites he goes to. That in turn can cause his computer to mess up. But since the DUmmies are never at fault and beyond stupid, they would never think of, or admit that.

    It could also be that his mom is blocking the site because of his obsession with it. She will probably make him clean his room next.

    My IP was doing the same thing to me here at CU. Then all of a sudden the ads were gone and so was the problem.
