My son brought over 2 nice pieces of sushi grade tuna, so it was Ahi tuna tonight! With a spring mix salad with just a little EVOO and balsamic red vinegar, it was just like a restaurant meal!

Simple : Take the tuna and pat dry. Season with S&P. Take some black and white sesame streets and mix on a plate. Press the tuna into the sesame on all sides and press firmly so they stick.

Heat a pan with EVOO to cover the bottom of pan and sear on high heat for 45 seconds per side. The white sesame seeds should be a golden color. That's it! Slice and plate with some salad, wasabi sauce and pickled ginger and dig in.

Press them seeds in!
