Listen for yourself as Schultz makes this insane stretch of an assertion (audio) --
This is how we run the government. Now it's interesting, all of these righties who are out there upset about the actions of the Internal Revenue Service, are they going to dare side with President Obama who's wanted to simplify the tax code for a long time? Are you willing to start taking out all these corporate gifts out of the tax code, which of course, this is exactly what the Internal Revenue Service is doing! They're going after corporations and they're also going after groups that are set up after Citizens United to find out where the money is! To find out how they're expending! To find out what they're doing! So let's all get on board with the president who wants to simplify the tax code!Rest In Peace America

I agree with him. Let's simplify the tax code by enacting the fair tax.The Obama Administration: Deny. Deflect. Blame.

(They put this idiot on a weekend schedule for cryin' out loud! "Big Ed" was replaced by a youngster who looks like Rachel Maddow's kid brother and spit-talks like Chris Matthews.)

Schultz is trying to confuse the issue because he knows that the average person understands this scandal. A fair tax or other change in the tax code would not change the fact that the administration used the IRS as a means of suppressing political dissent. It doesn't matter what the tax code is if the IRS can abuse its authority to selectively attack dissenting Americans.--Odysseus

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!
