It has been a long time since witches were burnt at the stake in Europe but the accusation remains a serious one in the landlocked African country.
Anyone caught flying their broomstick above the height limit faces arrest and a hefty R500,000 fine, the countryís civil aviation authorities said this week.

I'm going to apply for the job of enforcement officer, for a nice annual salary, and what's more, I won't even have to leave the US to enforce this ban. I personally guarantee that on my watch, no one will fly a broomstick higher than 150 meters, as long as we can keep Hillary out of Swaziland.
