I saw the movie on Saturday and didn't think it was too bad and it would have been good if i was not a Star Trek Fan boi.

BUT...as a star trek nerd I have one major peeve, SINCE when did the USS Enterprise have the capability to not only go into the atmosphere of a planet but be able to rest submerged under water? I know its a reboot of the franchise but come on!!!!. /Nerd mode off.

I thought Kahn was supposed to be of Indian descent? not a white brit? lol

I never watched a episode after I found that out, I refuse to watch a show with such a blatant attempt to be PC or to "appeal" to women. etc

For what it's worth, Kara Starbuck wasn't all that feminine on BSG.

Did you watch the original series? Why did they have to totally change the sex of the character? He was a ladies man and a gambler, warrior. I guess that kind of thing isn't tolerated anymore is this feminized world.

I am a Trekkie, having all the movies on BluRay. I didn't watch the last one, and I'm not sure I want to see this one ether. Looking at the previews, it looks like a last ditch effort to keep the franchise going. They should have ended it with Nemesis.

I love my God, my country, my flag, and my troops ....
