I like spicy food...but it's an acquired taste...I slowly began eating more and more spicy as I grew. Now I can easily have jerked chicken made with scotch bonnet peppers and even hotter indian food.
But I built up to it. Now I put cayenne pepper in almost everything I cook. It's good for the metabolism...and even better in warm climates as it cools the insides...:D
