The “foot orgasm syndrome” sufferer is believed to have had the sciatic nerve in her leg damaged during her a hospital stay following gallbladder surgery
A 55-year-old woman who reached climax up to six times a day due to orgasmic sensations triggered by her left foot has been cured, a report has claimed.
The “foot orgasm syndrome” sufferer, known only as Mrs A, was able to experience peaks of sexual excitement of a similar level to those she enjoyed with her husband just by walking - and even when standing still.
According to a Sunday newspaper, Mrs A felt the symptoms 18 months after gallbladder surgery, with spontaneous orgasmic sensations running from the sole of her foot to her calf to her vagina.
Experts researching the bizarre condition at Dutch universities in Utrecht and Leiden witnessed Mrs A have an orgasm within three seconds of applying pressure to the foot.
Doctors are reported to have said: “It was clearly noticeable and accompanied by eye movements, increased respiration and characteristic muscle movements of the hips and upper legs.
