We're going to be at the beach all next week. Do they make Lobster Helper? Snow Crab Helper?

Um, that's what we like to eat at the beach. We're getting big steamer pots packed with lobsters and snow crab clusters, with potatoes and corn on the cob also in the pot. To keep us busy while that's all cooking, I'm hoping that 3 pounds of steamed spiced shrimp will be enough to keep the six of us entertained.

I asked about the "Helper" because there may be leftovers. :o

Before i was born, my parents would pick up something they called coquinas in Florida and Galveston and make some kind of chowder. Do they still exist?

That sounds like a non traditional pot roast .Do you add any bay leaf or make the gravy to go with it ?
