    Thanks, when I looked it up on Wiki there seemed to be so many things to add and do it looked like less trouble just to use regular ingredients.

    We're having a chunk of pork loin seasoned with herbs and marinated garlic topped off with bacon (ummm.....bacon) for extra juiciness. I'm cooking it in a clay pot and we'll have some kind of veggies with it.

    Not a fast food, I guess, but really easy.

    To Bijou: the point of Hamburger Helper (and all "Helper" items) is to stretch a protein into a one dish meal for small children and dogs. :)
