The bottom line I had to buy non-flammable glue at almost three times the cost of regular contact cement and it was a product that had alot of problems. I was stuck with a useless fan also!

It's funny that our resident libs can't answer the question honestly on what a living wage is. Again, very generous with other people's money.

Not just our loveable moonbat libs, none of them can answer it. There is no such thing

Another favorite is when they say that the rich should pay their fair share and then won't settle on a figure that is the ultimate fair share.

    Or your being a socialist.
Your point would require a constant. In real practice, different occupations get elevated at different times even if they tend to play off each other. Thus one could theorize that you have already gotten your raise and now it's time for other occupations to follow suit. I would also submit that your other compensation is significant to the comparison.

Well, at least with that, the fair share is 100%, nothing less.

    Wow, $350 a month.

Lanie, you can in most cities find apartments for much less, believe it or not. In my town most apartments rent for about $400 - $700 a month. But there are some that rent from $150 - $250.

Their small, def. no frills. But they do exist.

My previous Asst. Manager when he moved here was on a shoe string budget due to his wife and kids not wanting to move here. So it forced him to live in one of the $150 a month apartments.

It was basicly a bathroom and a tiny kitchen with a cubby hole area just big enough for a single bed. And that was it. He stayed there with his prized possession of a radio to listen too because he couldn't afford cable. And had no Internet.

So don't go getting all high and damn mighty about how you lived bear bones on $350. When it comes down to it. You can get by on less if you have to. Just some people like your self reading what you posted are unwilling to give up too many of the luxuries they have grown accustomed too.

If there were cheaper rooms or apartments near where I lived, then I sure didn't know about them and I did look.

I don't have a smart phone. I don't have a whole lot of "luxuries." Oh, and I almost forgot to say that I don't live in minimum wage anymore. I can have sympathy for the poor without being poor.

Here's a snotty little question for all of you.

Would your crappy ideology survive it if you found out that all the shity stereotypes that you have about liberals were NOT true?

Suppose you found out that liberals did not live in their mother's basement, that they do have jobs, that they do work hard, and that they even own companies. Would you still be strong enough to keep up your economically conservative politics or would it crumble?

I think by the way you all insist on shitty stereotypes of those who you don't know or flat out deny what you say, that your convictions are probably weak as hell. You all need the shitty lies in your head to make your convictions work. I bet VERY FEW of you all would be able to keep your convictions without the lies you convice yourself of.

Mark Twain was a progressive. He believed in allowing change and was condemned in his day by traditionalists. I bet he'd be on my side.
