They send me mail nearly every week, most with a "simulated" AARP card with my name imprinted on it. I shred them all because I intend to join AMAC once I have time. But I would NEVER even think of joining AARP, no matter the hotel discounts or other benefits they tout.
Why you ask...
Because they betrayed their members and threw down advocating and promoting Obama-Care above the clear interests of their membership paying members.
I will never, repeat NEVER, join AARP.
As for Weiner... I don't pay much attention for the same reason I don't accept kick boxing challenges from one legged men.
He is done with, fini, finished...
And that's a good thing.
