Some broccoli and cheese chicken noodle helper. Not bad for work dinner.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.

In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

Big Baker w/ butter, sour cream, chopped onions and bacon chips. And a side of pinto bean salad.

Dessert is a choice of cantaloupe, watermelon or coffee flavored ice cream (or all 3 according to what my calorie count is)
It's not how old you are, it's how you got here.

Broiled zucchini, tomato, and pepper tossed in eveeoo, sea salt, and Italian seasoning with a juice made from strawberries, apples and lemon. Wife and I are on a juice diet starting today.

Rob does win. Question--Rob, did you make it yourself or was this at a restaurant? Either way, looks delicious.

In addition to the London broil, we had an avacado, red onion and tomato salad that I made, as well as a fruit salad. We have a division of labor, SR makes the meat, I generally make the veggies and/or pasta.

Restaurant after work. It was all you can eat, but one slice was more then enough.

I was there early, and it was tasty!
