Delicious thick cod fillets fried in coconut oil with french fries, the fish was absolutely perfect I'm glad I bought enough for two more meals.Pffffffffffffffffffffff! Buh Bye Big Ears

Fresh red grouper that I bought this afternoon at the local Amish fruit/veggie, now bakery, deli and fish market. It was so good. SR made our usual mix of mayo, horseradish sauce and mustard to spread over the fish while it bakes. We also used some panko bread crumbs on the fish.
I surrounded the fish with red pepper strips, red onions, okra, fresh tomato and broccoli, sprayed with a bit of butter and sprinkled with fine herbes (got them in St Louis and can't find the particular mix here in Sarasota, so use it sparingly).
I got very lazy with the fruit salad, a slice of honeydew melon with fresh raspberries on top.
