Never had salmon sausage, sounds greyt.

We got some fresh brussel sprouts at the veggie store, along with some fresh red grouper. Will probably make it tomorrow. SR had a baked potato and I had a baked sweet potato alon with the sprouts and a fruit salad for dinner. The turkey was excellent but that "gravy" they included with the breast was awful, way too salty. (I'm taking SR's word for it as it was even too salty for him. I avoid salt as much as possible.)

Went to a cancer fund raiser for a good freind today. It was held at our pub and we had volunteer cooks outside doing fried chicken, fried catfish, hot wings, Gator gumbo, hush puppies and all kinds of sides. I donated about 200 sausage balls I made last night. I'm stuffed!

The salmon sausage does sound interesting. Your turkey sounds better.
