Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't we supposed to all have died in a fiery crash while old people ate their grandchildren as a result of the automatic spending cuts included in the sequester legislation that took effect a while back?
What happened?"The efforts of the government alone will never be enough. In the end the people must choose and the people must help themselves" ~ JFK; from his famous inauguration speech (What Democrats sounded like before today's neo-Liberals hijacked that party)

Did you forget? We actually died when Republicans shut the government down when Klinton was president.
Four boxes keep us free: the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box.

Everyone that was supposed to feel the "pain" of the sequester found a way to get a special exemption or their furloughs reduced if not completely stopped.
The only place it actually hurt was the military.
And that was the purpose if the whole thing from the start.

The libs/dems of today are the Quislings of former years. The cowards who would vote a fraud into office in exchange for handouts from the devil.

Another thing that suffered were White House visits. The sequester, however, didn't hurt the Obama's vacation schedule. The Obama Administration: Deny. Deflect. Blame.

It is certainly being felt in the Washington area, and we anticipate it will get worse in 2014. While you all may celebrate that, it does impact real people with families."Today, [the American voter] chooses his rulers as he buys bootleg whiskey, never knowing precisely what he is getting, only certain that it is not what it pretends to be." - H.L. Mencken
