The Cards took the first two games by a combined score of 4-2. The best stat is a 2-0 record when going into Dodger Stadium. Both games were pitcher duels.

Here's the rest of the schedule. All times Eastern, games carried on TBS (Dish 139)

    At Los Angeles:
    3. Mon Oct 14 8:07 PM Adam Wainwright vs Hyun-Jin Ryu

    4. Tue Oct 15 8:07 PM Lance Lynn vs Ricky Nolasco

    5. Wed Oct 16 8:07 PM Joe Kelly vs Zack Greinke

    At St. Louis:
    6. Fri Oct 18 8:37 PM Michael Wacha vs Clayton Kershaw

    7. Sat Oct 19 8:37 PM Adam Wainwright vs Hyun-Jin Ryu

Four boxes keep us free: the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box.

Thanks appreciate the schedule. I've been amazed that they've actually mentioned the Cards in our local lib rag. They usually avoid the midwest.

At least on paper the Cards are doing great, able to pitch Wainwright twice. It's amazing what the Cards have done with a comparitively low payroll, developing their players through their farm system.

Keith Olberman is such a tool, listen to how he always brings up anything negative about the Cards and gushes over the LA team. I'd love to hear Joe Buck and Tim McCarver do the announcing. Hopefully we'll get a chance in the WS.

I am a temporary Cards fan. At least until April. As long as they put away the Dodgers, they are my team.

I've got my bag of chips, and I'm waiting for the first pitch. I know that they may not win everything, but they're still MY team! In this series, the Cards only have to win two, but the Dodgers need four.

It's in my genes, too, but wish they'd bench John Jay. He shouldn't call himself an outfielder. I think my 5 year old grandson could catch better (well, that is an exaggeration). I can't even imagine how angry Wainwright has to be over all those dropped bloopers in the field.

    Oh, well, there's always tomorrow.

I couldn't care less which team wins. It's coming down to who spent the most money. 2nd, 4th, 5th, & 11th ranked teams in payroll are in their respective LCS's. They collectively beat the 19th, 27th, 28th, & 29th ranked teams to get there. The 13th and 21st teams were the wild card losers.

Cards won tonight, 4-2 and can close the series tomorrow. Someone I know in STL was able to get a ticket for the next home game, but no use for it if they win tomorrow.

Does anyone know what happens with tickets that are sold for a game that won't be played (as in--if the Cards win tomorrow in LA?)
