    Unfortunately, we did flub it. We should have let it roll out without the distraction of a government shut down so that the news cycle would have been flooded with Obamacare failures. If we'd done that, then by the time of the debt ceiling debate, it would have been so toxic that Democrats would have been begging to delay implementation.
