Insurers say the federal health-care marketplace is generating
flawed data that is straining their ability to handle even the trickle of
enrollees who have gotten through so far, in a sign that technological problems
extend further than the website traffic and software issues already identified.

Unfortunately, we did flub it. We should have let it roll out without the distraction of a government shut down so that the news cycle would have been flooded with Obamacare failures. If we'd done that, then by the time of the debt ceiling debate, it would have been so toxic that Democrats would have been begging to delay implementation.--Odysseus
