Soldier Watches on Video Chat as Pregnant Wife Suffers Brutal Attack
Pvt. Justin Poole was speaking to his wife, 31-year-old Rachel Poole, via the FaceTime app when the attack occurred in their El Paso, Texas, home.
Amid her frantic screams, Rachel Poole was able to identify her attacker as 19-year-old Corey Bernard Moss. Pvt. Poole then went on Facebook and sent a message about the attack, helping police to arrest Moss.
Moss is being held on a $150,000 bond and charged with attempted murder.
Rachel Poole was rushed to the hospital, where she is in critical condition with stab wounds, fractures to her face and body and a collapsed lung. Her baby, named Isabella, was delivered via an emergency C-section and is reportedly in good health.
Pvt. Poole has since returned to El Paso to be with his wife and newborn daughter. According to a local report, Poole had let Moss borrow his car while he was deployed, leading to a dispute after the car was damaged and needed to be repaired.

Thank god for technology like that today. In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.
