And he is doing just that with lies and deceit.

    'Obamacare Is Communism'
    http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/...communism.html

Conservative writer and ex-Marxist David Horowitz should get some kind of Solzhenitsyn Truth award for exposing yet another leftist euphemism.

On Wednesday Horowitz told Fox News' Sean Hannity, when it comes to a government run program which would collect all healthcare fees, and pay out all healthcare costs, the term 'single-payer' is another way of saying "communism."

What I'm trying to write in this book called The Black Book of the American Left is the story of how the communist movement marched into the Democrat Party after '68 behind the McGovern campaign, have taken over the apparatus of the party, and are tolerated by people in that party, so that there's...

What is Obamacare? And single payer? Why do we call it single payer? It's communism. If the government controls your access to health care which is what this is about, as to what you can have and to what you can't have, how is that different from-- that is communism.

In fact President Obama, raised and mentored by communist caretakers, said, "I am a proponent of a single-payer universal health-care program" in 2003 and reiterated his support many times after that. The march towards single-payer is a march toward communism. We might as well say it.

It depends on what your definition of 'You can keep your health plan/doctor period' is

    http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/...period_is.html

David Axelrod, President Bill Clinton's (D) former top political advisor and President Barack Obama's (D) former senior advisor is still a believer in his old boss. As in the past, he is still desperately twisting the truth to protect his increasingly vulnerable client while tossing the blame on the innocent. That's his definition of politics.

Friday he was up to his old, lowdown tricks with this revealing tweet.

Wonder how many Insurance cos that sold junk policies after ACA was signed told customers at purchase that they'd have to eventually switch?

    12:39 PM - 8

Uh, no. They truly believed their community organizer president's statement delivered multiple times "after ACA (ie, Obamacare) was signed," "If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan. Period. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period." Would it have occurred to them that their president--and his senior advisor--might be liars? After all, if they were junk policies, why were they approved by rigorous state regulatory agencies and for the truly junk Obamacare exchange?

David Axelrod, the truly junk policy is Obamacare. Let's switch. Now.

    The unspoken success of ObamaCare
    http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/59175

....First, it is vital to understand that the ACA is not now, nor never was, about providing affordable health care. It is merely disguised as such. Rather, it is the vehicle that is being covertly used to conduct the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that this nation has ever experienced. It is being done methodically and for a specific purpose. It is the vehicle that will ultimately disassemble and destroy significant parts of the United States Constitution and further enslave United States citizens.

....Perhaps this will become clearer if you stop for a moment and ask yourself just one question. How is it possible that the United States government can build, implement and manage the most intricate surveillance apparatus in the world, using a complex array of computers to amass data on people not just in the U.S., but all across the world, yet fail miserably on a less complex health care portal, exchange or web site? Put aside everything you’ve been told by the government and the media, both proponents and opponents of the ACA, and think for yourself. Does this make sense? If you are being truly intellectually honest, you must conclude that it does not.

...To understand what you are seeing unfold, one simply has to understand the Hegelian Dialectic. Simply put, it is a method where a crisis or problem is manufactured, and that problem causes chaos within the system. This chaos was intentionally orchestrated by the Obama regime and their globalist handlers, and is exactly what we are now witnessing. The success of ObamaCare is, in part, dependent on the failure of the website and the resultant chaos.

Now that chaos surrounding the website exists and “threatens” the entire program, it is important to understand that the architects of this massive power transfer have already created a number of various predetermined solutions to advance their objectives. Their ultimate objective is to completely nationalize the entire health care industry of the United States, thus completely taking over one-sixth of the U.S. economy. Their goal all along has been to implement a single-payer system, where the federal government alone collects all fees for health care services, pays all costs, and has complete control. They are using the Hegelian Dialectic to accomplish exactly that.

...Once you understand that ObamaCare is not about providing a workable system of healthcare, and understand the Marxist tactics that are currently being used for its implementation as it was initially designed, the next logical step would be to identify the true objectives of the plan.

ObamaCare is the Pandora’s Box that will facilitate a number of objectives dear to the globalists. It will result in an unprecedented consolidation of power to the Executive Branch of the government.

It will serve to essentially nullify the Bill of Rights, subjugating the citizens of the United States to offenses more egregious than those that caused the American Revolution. It will give the federal government (and its agents) direct access to all of your private and personal information, including your health records, your personal financial information, and your employment records. It will also serve as a conduit to abolish your right to own and possess a firearm.

It will advance eugenics, or population control that is near and dear to the Fabian Socialists from which this regime has its roots. If you find that difficult to believe, simply refer to the father of Fabian Socialism himself, George Bernard Shaw, in this short video here. While viewing, keep in mind the “conspiracy of the death panels” associated with ObamaCare, and how we were marginalized for even suggesting such a thing.

ObamaCare will also serve as a tool of economic sabotage and will facilitate the killing of the U.S. dollar as I have previously detailed. It will thereby provide the means to usher in a system of global governance, or the “New World Order” that so many U.S. presidents and world leaders have advocated.

While the conservative leaders and pundits continue to keep you attentive to the failures of the ObamaCare website, please understand that the issue is much bigger, and the stakes are much greater. We’re in a fight for our very lives and the liberty provided by our constitution, but we’re being played. Don’t fall for it. Think bigger....

    “Obamacare Girl” Identified
    http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/11...ed/#more-70700

The real woman behind this sadly-iconic photo from healthcare.gov was a mystery for weeks:

Now she has been located by ABC News. She’s a Colombian with permanent resident status who didn’t get paid for the photo shoot. She complains that she is being bullied by the publicity:

Never Forget: Hillary was more pro-mandate than Obama
    http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/11...te-than-obama/

Hillary supporters are trying to distance her from the Obamcare debacle.

Don’t talk about it, she is told.

Meanwhile, Bill is stabbing Obama in the back by telling him to honor his promise to the American people that they could keep their health plan.

It’s all about the mandate. Forcing people “into the system” no matter what. Even when that means they cannot keep their health plan.

Democrats who are up for reelection are running from the mandate.

But remember, Hillary was more pro-mandate than Obama.

As the administration prepares to release enrollment numbers later this week, CNN reported the White House lowers Obamacare expectations amid lackluster reports:

The administration is lowering expectations, cautioning the numbers “will be lower than we hoped and we anticipated,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said on Tuesday.

It is blaming a faulty federally run website that is hindering the ability of consumers to sign up for coverage.

“We are working 24-7 to ensure that the site is working smoothly for the vast majority of users by the end of November,” said Chris Jennings, deputy assistant to the President for health policy.

Unofficial numbers have been calculated, however, and it is estimated that 50,000 people successfully signed up for health coverage through the federal Obamacare website, HealthCare.gov, during the first five weeks of open enrollment, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.

That number falls well short of expectations for the period.

    Obamacare's Gruesome Fiscal Logic
    http://www.americanthinker.com/2013/...cal_logic.html

...The ACA is a hideously complicated circus of statutory and regulatory rules. The ACA was itself 2409 pages long (granted, double spaced with 1.5 inch margins), and the associated regulatory documents tally somewhere between 5,000 and 40,000 pages, depending on how you count them up. Many tens, perhaps hundreds of millions of people will lose their health insurance due to rules and regulations enforced under the ACA, rather than any overt clause within the ACA itself. The cost of insurance is also skyrocketing, again due to rules. Keep this in mind: if President Obama wanted, he could order the Secretary of Health and Human Services to change those rules, and people could obtain almost any type of insurance plan they wanted, paying an appropriate price for their coverage.

Apart from dictating insurance, the ACA also forms multiple boards that control treatment options. The United States Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) issues decisions on what preventative services will and will not be covered, and for whom they are or are not indicated. The Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) is tasked with cutting Medicare costs, primarily through reduction of services, or reduction of payment for services rendered (presumably causing services not to be rendered). What services these panels allow or not will depend entirely on the President who appoints them. The ACA cuts Medicare spending and promotes (or rejects) preventative services, so it should reduce Medicare costs, but what does this have to do with Social Security?

The ACA leaves so much up to the bureaucracy that it could do anything....

...For example, the IPAB could decide that persons over 67 with low bone density (what defines low?) are ineligible for joint replacement surgery. Living with the quasi-immobility of joint pain rapidly degrades the quality of life and worsens health; in fact, the difference in the 7-year mortality between replacing an arthritic joint and not is 50%. If 1 in 1,000 people on Medicare are denied a joint replacement (about 30% of those who currently receive one), and they live only 11 more years instead of 18, then that reduces all retirement benefit payments by about 0.04%. This seems like a paltry amount, but throw in minor restrictions on other life-saving procedures, such as treatments for cataracts, incontinence, macular degeneration, immobility, retinal detachment, or hearing loss, and the reduction quickly adds up to significant entitlement savings.

A much less hypothetical example was when the USPSTF recommended that routine breast cancer screenings were unnecessary for women under 50. At the time, it did not have the force of law, but under the ACA, no insurance can cover more than 1 mammogram every 2 years for women under 50. What happens when the USPSTF decides that colonoscopies should be performed no sooner than once every 5 years for people over 65?

This is only about what government will pay for, right? It would be a poor method to exterminate the elderly, because they can still pay for a mammogram or colonoscopy or joint replacement out of their own pockets. So then why does the ACA allow the IPAB to create rules to reduce Medicare reimbursements to providers who perform too many "unnecessary" procedures, regardless of who paid for them. Would a hospital be willing to take a cash payment from a rejected Medicare patient if the IPAB might reduce its reimbursement rate to that hospital for approved procedures by 10%?

The ACA does not require the elderly to get sick and die quickly, just as it does not force the President to appoint boards that will decide to ration care; however, it allows the President to do so, should he choose, but it is not as if Barack Obama ever said that people might be better off taking a pain pill than getting surgery; oh wait, he did.

Obama seems an ardent supporter of pain pills over treatment. To further quote President Obama, "the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives are accounting for potentially 80 percent of the total health care bill out here." When asked how we deal with it, "It is very difficult to imagine the country making those decisions just through the normal political channels, and that's part of why you have to have some independent group [e.g. IPAB, USPSTF] that can give you guidance." President Obama clearly understands that the American People will never tolerate legislators who pass laws to withhold healthcare, and so care must be withheld through regulations crafted by boards. Obama has said that he will not ration care, but he has said many things, mostly landing somewhere between inaccurate and outright lie.

At this point, it is impossible to say if care will be rationed. It is the one TEA Party prediction about ObamaCare yet to come true, but if Obama did not want to ration care, then why did he demand a law that allows him to do it? If Obama wanted you to be able to keep your insurance, then why did he construct rules that prevented you? If Obama wanted you to have cheaper insurance with better benefits, then why did he create rules that make it expensive with fewer benefits? If Obama wanted an honest debate about health reform, then why did he lie? When an ogre asks, "Please hand me my club; I promise not to club you with it," grab the club, and run away. Waiting for a better President is like waiting for a better ogre. ObamaCare has one and only one fix: complete repeal
