Top 20 oldest inmates in NJ

A lot of these guys are at my jail and some are in the area where I work. Frederick Thompson for instance is one of those inmates I wish I had a housing unit full of. He's quiet, keeps to himself, and his cell is immaculate. Better yet, the man is quite the artist. He uses an inmate "flexy" pen(basically a regular pen shaft in a soft rubber sleeve) and just draws. His drawings look like photographs.

Would he commit murder again if released?
