    My little Jack Russell terrier.

A stray kitten got into my house this morning, when I was going out to smoke and to feed the strays. I tried to gently coax the poor thing with tuna, first. The kitten is really small, probably about 3 months old. I shut all the doors so it couldn't get in any other rooms and confined my dog and cat in the kitchen and guest room, respectively.

I could not get this kitten to leave. I lost track of it at some point and couldn't find it, so I finally resorted to letting Delia find it. I let her go and followed the sound of hissing. The kitten was on the bottom shelf of the bookshelf in the living room, on top of the books, and below the next shelf. Poor thing was terrified.

I did get it into to the cat carrier, where there was tuna, and let it go outside. A little grey cat, I think it was a girl. Hopefully, she learned her lesson.

I should probably get Delia a steak for this.

On edit: I don't know how the On got onto the title. Skipping keyboard and all, I guess.

    Cats are very nutritious.
The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

    especially in tamales.
It's not how old you are, it's how you got here.
It's been a long road and not all of it was paved.

Let me get this straight YOU CAPTURED IT and let it go outside? If thats true you a piece of freaken work, why didn't you take it to a shelter? I better stop right now before I say something really bad.
