66 today and showers expected.
Woke up to gov. Palin giving a FANTASTIC speech in Florida. The crowd was so enthusiastic and she was great.
TOTD: When McCain chose Sarah Palin, the enemies screamed "Just because she is a woman....". If he had chosen Michael Steele or J. C. Watts, what do you think the reaction would have been?

Finally back in Iowa...and it's not that much different from Michigan. Hopefully we can get some rain this week, could really use it.

I think that the MSM would have said that McCain had picked a very experienced and capable running mate who would help his approval among the Conservative base, and that the running mate would prove a strong capable ally in the White House. :p

It rained last night and it will probably rain again today. We need it and that's fine since you don't have to shovel rain.

It's supposed to be in the 70s and 80s all week here. It is really starting to feel like Autumn! It's even kinda overcast. I'm so excited.:)
