press the "print screen" button on your keyboard. This copies the contents of your screen to the clipboard.

Open up Paint (start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) or (start -> run -> mspaint) or (windows+r -> mspaint)

Select Paste.

Use the clip tool to remove whatever you don't want others to see.

Save & upload to your favorite image sharing service (e.g. http://imageshack.us)

Geez, what in the hell is wrong with these people? I thoght the obamessia could walk on water? Why would you stoop to such low levels to try and fling mud at the other person.
