Yeah, because Palm Beach doesn't have nice stores, beaches, beautiful homes, etc... Not that Palm Beach will necessarily welcome Sean with open arms socially, but they will gladly take his money.
Same in Nevada. We have beautiful areas just waiting for Sean to build a new house.

We don't have beaches, that is the exception. Those are just four hours away.

No state income tax and extremely low property tax. I looked into things in Illinois, property tax there has doubled since I left six years ago.

I don't think he would do well in Texas. He's too much of a blowhard.

Well .... maybe Dallas would like him. That place is douchebag central.

Silly fool. You pay high taxes because you live in one of the most expensive cities in the US and you have many, many freebies like Central Park and lots of shopping choices in high-priced stores with the very best products that and many other amenities that, I assure you, you will miss when you leave New York.
Yeah...I believe Central Park is actually maintained by a private foundation trust, not tax money. And all that shopping...? They have this thing called "The Internet" these days. From my experience in NYC, you get to pay a very high premium for being there which is plowed into literally everything you do, without any particular advantage to being there outside of it being a necessary steppingstone or unavoidable worksite in certain career fields.
