Slow cooked in a big crockpot beef brisket!

Make a nice rub, I used Emeril's essence and some brown sugar.
    Slice up a large onion
    mince about 6 garlic cloves
Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket

Place the brisket in the fridge for a few hours. On edit: I used Sweet Baby Ray's Vidalia onion BBQ sauce.
I am going to put this in the crock pot at midnight and on low cook for 10 to 12 hours. finished pics tomorrow!

    Beast brisket would be good.
The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

My third favorite meat behind bear and venison. Beef is 4th.
It's not how old you are, it's how you got here.
It's been a long road and not all of it was paved.

    Best if butchered as yearlings.
