Tonights dinner was fishies. So tasty, fast and easy.

Take filets and squeeze some lemon and lime on them.
generously sprinkle the seasoning (it's from Badia) available in the mexican aisle of you market.

Put some butter and EVOO in a pan and on medium heat
As soon as the butter stops bubbling put in the filets and cook about 4 minutes per side and then enjoy!!
