I need ideas. I'm making Buffalo Wings & French Fries. But I kind of want to use my new Crock Pot too. Anyone got any slow cooker dip or something? Help me out.

Chili makes a pretty good dip, too. Use the scoop sized Fritos.

I've decided to do a Chili Cheese Dip. Will probably get some Tortillia or Corn chips to dip, might not be bad with the fries either.

Anyone have experience with brining chicken wings? I make some pretty good wings anyway, but I've read about brining the chicken before cooking it & I'm curious if it makes much difference in the end. Any input?

Just made my brine for the chicken wings. Letting it cool. And I put everything in the crock pot for the chili cheese dip. Here are pics of the chili cheese dip.

    Can't wait!

Baby back ribs from local (not a chain) rib joint. And Czhch or indian beer depending on mood.
Go Seahawks ! Not every year my team gets in this game so savoring it a lot. Hopefully the refs dont give it to the opponent like last time.

Perri, I did my wings last night, couldn't wait! I just seasoned them with Emeril's BAM and baked them at 400 for 45 minutes. Made a sauce of Siracha, franks, crystals, a stick o butter and some garlic and onion powder. It worked they were good.

Never brined wings, do you parboil them too? Let us know how they were.

Chile is on the stove right now!
