    First time I've ever brined them. I always parboil them. Honestly I couldn't tell a difference with the brining, just took more time & prep work. After parboiling them I coat them with flour & creole seasoning. Then bake at 450 degrees for 40 minutes. I toss mine in Buffalo sauce, the kids like em plain, & my husband alternates between Terriyaki & BBQ sauce.
