Interesting how laws passed by representatives are "the law of the land"...until they're not.
Lawsuit challenges legality of Wisconsin's same-sex marriage ban

The American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin on Monday filed a federal lawsuit seeking to void the state’s ban on same-sex marriage, arguing it violates the U.S. Constitution’s protection of equal treatment and denies a basic freedom to gay couples.
“We expect that this lawsuit will bring the freedom to marry to all Wisconsinites,” Larry Dupuis, legal director of the ACLU of Wisconsin, said at a press conference Monday. “We expect to demonstrate that Wisconsin’s refusal to allow marriages or to recognize out-of-state marriages of gay and lesbian couples violates the fundamental right to marry as well as the … Constitution.”
In a statement, state Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said he plans to defend the amendment, which passed with a 59 percent margin in 2006.
“This constitutional amendment was approved by a large majority of Wisconsin residents,” Van Hollen said. “I believe the amendment is constitutional, and I will vigorously defend it.”
A message left with the office of Gov. Scott Walker was not immediately returned Monday.

The fags have hit the brick wall when it comes to how "accepted" they are.... It's now time for activist judges to get them over the hump...

We could say they are spending like drunken sailors. That would be unfair to drunken sailors, they're spending their OWN money.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes
And clever in their own sight! Isaiah 5:20-21 NASB

Did I miss something here? I thought my assessment was spot on. You can't get your way at the ballot box, so you whiny little turds take it to the courts to get the law changed. India and Russia aren't going to have their societies up ended by your creeping filth....
Incrementally you guys have shifted the goals farther and farther. You don't want equal rights, you want special rights and people are fed up...Government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem.
