If you're using Firefox ( my personal fav), there is an add-on, DownloadHelper that gives you one click downloads of videos from a slew of sites. I grabbed it after seeing your post. It's 5.7 meg. I can email it if you like.

If you have Real Player you can download YouTube videos to your computer. Then you'd have to find a way to host it online.
