You remember this UC prof who got into a confrontation with two pro-life teens and stole their sign. She also called them "terrorists." The prof's specialty is "African American women’s representation and labor in pornographic media. " What's interesting to me is that she has tenure (she's an Associate Professor) but has only a handful of publications. She has forthcoming book ("A Taste for Brown Sugar: The History of Black Women in American Pornography") based on her dissertation of the same title. That book should have been published BEFORE they gave her tenure.

California professor pleads no contest to assault on pro-life students

A feminist studies professor at a California state university accused of forcibly grabbing an anti-abortion activist’s poster and assaulting the 16-year-old girl has pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor charges.

University of California at Santa Barbara Associate Professor Mireille Miller-Young was charged with one count each of grand theft, vandalism and battery in connection to the March 4 incident involving 16-year-old Thrin Short, her older sister, Joan, and other pro-life activists who were holding signs in a free speech zone on the campus when the professor went berserk.

Miller-Young, who remains employed by the university, and her attorney, Catherine Swysen, did not respond to requests for comment. The charges reportedly carry the possibility of jail time, but sources close to the matter say Miller-Young is likely to be ordered to pay a fine, perform community and undergo counseling when she’s sentenced on Aug. 14.

According to a police report on the March 4 incident, Miller-Young told police that she was pregnant and was “triggered” by the protesters’ signs and the graphic images depicted on them.

Does liberalism get anymore insane and immoral?

A pregnant feminist that promotes pornography sees the reality of what she teaches young women and then tries to physically quell their free speech?

Sorry, but I hate these evil people.
Obama isn't the problem. The problem is an electorate that would vote a man like him into office.

Murderess Angela Davis was a tenured professor at UC Santa Cruz - now retired and "emeritus", IIRC. So this racist-feminazi isn't as extreme as UC can get. Pretty far out there, though.

She was totally wrong in what she did, but at least she didn't shoot them or burn down their office. At least she doesn't maintain a website that lists the home addresses of all the protesters so that others can find them at home and harrass them in front of their families. At least she didn't gun the protesters down inside of their churches.

People who harass, stalk, and use violence should definitely be rotting in jail somewhere.

As for the OP, I'm glad she probably won't get jail time because she is pregnant. With that being said, I sure hope her child doesn't hear this story. That's just awful.

Mother: While I was pregnant with you, I assaulted somebody for advocating against abortion.

    Kid: Ughhhhhhh.

So much for equality. Like every protected group women don't want equal rights. They want special rights.

Can't you just hear it now, "You can't send me to prison judge....my wife is pregnant."
