HUFFINGTON POST REPORTER IN FERGUSON ASKS IF EAR PLUGS ARE 'RUBBER BULLETS'
    by BREITBART NEWS
    17 Aug 2014, 8:23 AM PDT
A Huffington Post reporter whose profile has been elevated by his arrest in Ferguson, Missouri while covering protests and riots in the aftermath of Michael Brown's death mistook ear plugs for rubber bullets Sunday.
This has to be a new low - I think he dug down a level or two - in "news" media ignorance of guns. I mean, this ignoramus has never seen these types of earplugs at a construction site or an airport or a rock concert?! And the guy never thought to pick the things up, an act that would tell him in less than a second that they could not possibly be rubber bullets?! The things are squishy!!! What other ignorance pervades his reportage?!

We could say they are spending like drunken sailors. That would be unfair to drunken sailors, they're spending their OWN money.

He must have thought a lot of people had been shot in the ear by the police, I'm sure he was even more impressed that they were hit in both ears!

The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

Interesting that there were earplugs at the scene. Someone planning for an LRAD?

It might support the idea of professional protestors, paid disruptors, who come prepared with all the right equipment.

The paid protesters most likely showed up from the IL side of the river that was full of
action organizing groups pushing for Obama's election. East St Louis is really close.
